Shandong Food & Fermentation
Industry Res.& Des. Institute which was founded
In 1964 is subordinate to the Office of Shandong Light Industry.
It has 90 staffs, 81% of them are scientific researchers in which
46% are senior engineers and 27% are engineers, 9 persons have
been enjoyed the National Special Subsidy, 3 persons awarded Top
Specialists of Shandong Province, 7 were awarded the Top Scientific
Specialists of Shandong Light Industry, 2 persons won the Prize
of Shandong Youth Scientific Technology. The director Mr. Liu
Jianjun was awarded the Excellent Specialist of Shandong Province
and Outstanding Middle-aged and Youth Specialists
of Shandong Province. In the forty years, the Institute has been
taken the lead fields in traditional food, health food, the deep
processing of agriculture products, new-type and traditional fermentation
and perfume and flavor etc. with the reforming and opening, the
Institute has taken on the hundreds of national and provincial
scientific research items in which The Production of Itaconic
Acid by Fermentation that won the National Second Technology Prize
and the First Provincial Technology Progress Prize, The Research
and Application of Xanthan Gum that won The Important Tech Achievements
and the National Third prize of Technology Progress, The Fixed
Technology of Glucose Isomerase and Its Application on the Production
of Fructose Syrup that won the National Third Prize. Almost all
of the items have transmitted into
productivity to produce the economic benefits and social benefits
and make the contribute to the economic development.
The Institute explored the production of the technological achievements,
meanwhile taking the scientific research into account, set up
the Fude Flavor Co.,Ltd and the Key Laboratory of Shandong Food
& Fermentation Engineering which increase equipments and specialists
to complete a set of management and operation system and greatly
raise the ability of research level of food and fermentation field
of Shandong province. Shandong Food & Fermentation Res.&
Des. Institute has developed a compressive scientific development
unit composed of scientific research, design, inspection, production
and estate under the support of authorities and the efforts of
whole staffs.
The
Laboratory of Food and Fermentation
The Key Laboratory of Food and Fermentation which is a multi-purpose
one studied on new type fermentation, traditional fermentation,
food engineering, food additives functional food and analysis
of physiological matters with the total area of 2160 square meters
and the fixed assets of more than 5 million yuan. It is set up
by Shandong Scientific & Technological Department and Shandong
Finance Department in order to adopt the needs of social economic
development and improve the development of high-technology.
The laboratory mainly makes research on microbiological polysaccharides,
new organic acids, new fragrances, new enzymes, new additives
and the deep processing
Of
agricultural products by biotechnology, some of them on the lead
position in the country and even more some have reached to advanced
level of the world.
The laboratory is welcome all technical staffs to study in it.
